Just to highlight further the way we work with each of our buyer clients, here is a brief description of each duty from the above chart:
Confidentiality: We keep your information confidential, such as the price you are willing to pay for the home, how much cash you have to work with or your level of interest in purchasing a particular home over another.
Accounting: We will handle all monies received such as escrow deposits and keep an accounting for you. We will also review closing documents with you to ensure the accounting of which fees and monies are owed/paid are correct.
Reasonable Skill & Care: We work with skill and care in protecting your interests and recommend you obtain expert advice when needed, i.e. home inspectors, mortgage companies, tax advisors, etc.
Loyalty: Our loyalty is to you and only you. We put your needs ahead of our own or those of our firm.
Obedience: We are obedient to all lawful instructions from you and will act promptly and efficiently.
Advocacy: We will advocate for you, promoting and protecting your best interests at all times.
Disclosure: We will disclose “all” information, available or reasonably available, concerning your home purchase which might affect your best interests; such as the seller’s motivation for selling, the price the seller paid for the home, listing history for the home, etc.
